Returns & Exchanges

Returns: 

We will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 14 days of purchase. To return your item(s):

1. Return your item(s) by printing out a shipping label sent to you after contacting summertimechishop@gmail.com and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Mail back your order within one week of receiving the return label.
3. Your refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for unworn items with tags intact if the order is shipped back within 14 days of purchase. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Items purchased during promotional periods are non refundable. We are not responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
